With a passion to help organizations and leaders become more productive and successful, David Yeghiaian (Yeg – E – I – an) focuses on achieving this goal. He authored the new book, Pieces for Profit, describing how high-performing organizations maximize profitability to achieve greater success. The book is based on years of research with hundreds of organizations and thousands of leaders. He is also a nationally accomplished speaker on a variety of strategic topics and a business owner.
In 2004, David formed Unique Business Solutions – a strategic business advising firm that helps leaders overcome today’s obstacles to achieve tomorrow’s success. Services include strategic market positioning, organizational strategy, and acquisitions and integrations.
With more than 15 years of experience, David has advised large, medium and small organizations in several industries. He has demonstrated results on a global scale in a breadth of services related to strategy, people and customers. Experience includes work with Fortune 500, non-profit, government and private organizations around the world; including Rockwell Automation, the Falk Corporation (at the time a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation), and Schreiber Foods; as well as the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
His keynote presentations clarify issues in strategic marketing, strategic planning, employee engagement, brand management, performance management, customer strategy, leadership, and acquisitions and integrations. A strong believer in continuous learning, David is an adjunct instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University and a Master of Arts from Concordia University.
An avid community supporter, David is a Board member of the Rotary Club of Green Bay; and New North Inc., an 18-county economic development effort. He also is Chair of the New North’s Small Business & Entrepreneurial Council, and former Board member of the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce’s Advance Board for Economic Development and various symphony orchestra boards.
